Junk was stopped off Lap Sap Moi & taken in tow to Tai Shan where the cargo was unloaded into lightors. They were then compelled to take their junk on the boach & broak up the junk This junk was in tow by the S/I Tak Hong lying the Portuguese flag when stopped near Lin Tin. The trawler camod alongsido the launch & re vore escorted to Siu Man Shan whore the crow were put ashore.

When sailing near Lap Sap Moi three Japanese trawlers opened firo. The crow took to the sampan & wore again fired on. The sarpan was then taken in tow by a trawler & later capsized! throwing everyone into the water. Wong Mok Cui, who was wounded in

to the head managed to hold on the upturned sapan & was even-· tually picked up & takon to Choung Chau. Ho succumbed to his injurice in the Queen Mary Hosp. on 8.7.41.
